【摘要】 目的研究蒙山虫草、蛹虫草、冬虫夏草等 3种虫草水提液的抗氧化活性 ,并考察实验条件对结果的影响。方法采用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定 3种虫草的抗氧化活性。结果 3种虫草的抗氧化活性都较强 ,且比较接近。结论 3种虫草具有较强的抗氧化活性 ,具有延缓衰老的功效。更多还原

【Abstract】 PurposeTo study the antioxidant activity of Cordyceps sinensis, Cordyceps militaris and Cordyceps kyushuensis, and to observe the effect of experiment conditions on the results.MethodsUsing the pyrogallicacid autooxidation to determine the activity of three Cordyceps sp. on scavenging superoxide anion radical(O 2-). ResultsThree Cordyceps sp. all have high antioxdant activity.ConclusionThe three above mentioned Codyceps sp. can be used as the natural drugs that can prolong life.更多还原
