【摘要】 目的　制备粉尘螨变应原多聚体 (PDF)。方法　用戊二醛与粉尘螨浸液 (Df)反应制成PDf,通过凝胶层析分析其稳定性 ,并用皮肤点制试验测定其变应原性。结果　获得相对分子质量在 6 0 0 0 0 0范围内的PDf,并具有低变应原性 ,且在 2年内相当稳定。结论　制成的PDf可用于临床免疫治疗 ,它具有安全性、稳定性和有效性更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To preparing the polymerized allergen (PDf) from Dermatophagoides farinae (Df). Methods The extract of Df was treated with glutaraldehyde and formed PDf,detected the stability and the allergenicity using gel chromatography and skin prick test. Results The PDf was obtained,the molecular weight of that was 600 000 and the allergenicity of PDf was decreased when compared with the untreated extract from Df.PDf was more stable within 2 years. Conclusions The PDf might be safe,stability and effectve antigens for immunotherapy in clinical use.更多还原
