【摘要】 目的　探讨行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗慢性萎缩性胆囊炎并胆囊结石的方法及注意事项。方法　对我院 2 0 0 0年 4月至 2 0 0 3年 4月经腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的慢性萎缩性胆囊炎并胆囊结石病人 4 3例进行回顾分析。结果　本组占同期慢性胆囊炎并胆囊结石行腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)病人的 6 .9% (4 3/ 6 2 7) ,术中胆管造影8例 ,无手术并发症 ,中转开腹手术 1例。结论　术前B超、术中胆管造影和预防肝中静脉分支损伤 ,以及手术方式的改进和技巧的熟练 ,是慢性萎缩性胆囊炎并胆囊结石LC成功的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To explore the method and points for attention in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) of chronic atrophic cholecystolithiasis. Methods Retrospective method is performed to analyze 43 LC ca-ses of chronic atrophic cholecystolithiasis form April 2000 to April 2003 in our hospital. Results This 43 cases out of 627 LC patients have no complications after operation,8 cases were performed intraoperative cholangiography,1 case is converted into open cholecystectomy. Conclusions Chronic atrophic cholecystolithiasis is the indication of LC.B-ultrasonic examnation before operation,intraoperative cholangiography, prevention of branch of middle hepatic vein injury and improving the LC skill are the key to the success of LC.更多还原
