SNAPTM检测系统用于筛选牛奶中黄曲霉毒素M1探讨
Exploration on the screening of Aflatoxin M1 in milks by SNAPTM System
【摘要】 [目的 ] 评估SNAPTM检测系统用于筛选牛奶中黄曲霉毒素M1(AFM1)的可行性。 [方法 ] 用SNAPTM检测系统检测 10种模拟样品、市场销售的 8个品牌 8大品种的 45件牛奶样品 ,从SNAPTM检测系统的检出限、适用检测样品的种类、质量控制三方面进行研究。 [结果 ] SNAPTM检测系统能筛选出黄曲霉毒素M1浓度≥ 0 .3 μg/kg的样品 ;实测 45件牛奶样品 ,有 5件不能直接得出结果 ,但稀释后可得出结果。 [结论 ] 牛奶中总固形物是影响SNAPTM检测系统的主要原因 ,每批样品检测时通过加内标 (用 0 .3 μg/kg和 0 .5 μg/kg两点 )的方法能保证检测结果的可靠性。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the feasibility of screening Aflatoxin M 1 in milk by SNAP TMSystem. [Methods] 10 kinds of simulation samples , 45 milk samples form 8 sorts of product in 8 brands were tested by SNAP TMSystem. Three aspects of SNAP TMSystem including testing limit, sample categories and quality control were analyzed. [Results] Samples with concentration of Aflatoxin M 1 higher than 0.3μg/kg could be confirmed. Among the 45 milk samples, 5 could not be confirmed by SNAP TMSystem directly. [Conclusion] The total solid matter in milk is the chief factor that influences the SNAP TMSystem. In order to ensure the reliability of the data it is necessary to make tow inner standards (including 0.3μg/kg and 0.5μg/kg)in sample testing.
