【Abstract】 Coenzyme Q10 is a kind of oxidoreductase and assistants the function of mitochondrial enzyme. At present, it is used mainly in the clinical aspect of cardiovascular disease. Its major curative effect is to improve the energy of myocardium,to possess the activity of antioxidation and to stabilize the biomembrane. In addition, coenzyme Q10 plays an important part in the immune function of erythrocyte membrane, which exists in the external systemic circulation. It can also strengthen the ability of antioxidation, which belongs to the external systemic circulation, and cure the chronic leukaemia.
