【摘要】 依据机组的实际运行数据及根据汽轮发电机组的实际运行特性 ,对某电厂 30 0MW亚临界中间再热、双缸双排汽、凝汽式汽轮机转子的温度场分布进行分析研究 ;依据计算出的转子温度场数据 ,利用c ++builder应用软件 ,绘制转子的温度场全局示意图与等温线图 ;并在此基础上编制了 30 0MW汽轮机机组转子温度实时监测系统。该系统可实时显示转子的温度场或转子等温线图 ,并可查询转子上特定位置处的具体温度数值和温变速率

【Abstract】 This paper reports that the unit rotor’s temperature field distribution characteristic was researched according to the operating data of one subcritical, intermediate reheat, double casing, double flow condensing 300MW turbine in one power plant. Based on the results of rotor’s temperature field, the integrated sketch map of temperature field and isothermal curve map were protracted by c++ builder internet applications. Turbine rotor’s temperature field monitoring system was established, which can display rotor’s real-time temperature field and inquire about the temperature value and change rate in rotor’s specific location.
