麦弗逊式前悬架的设计改进及分析
【摘要】 麦弗逊式独立悬架是减振器作滑动支柱并与下控制臂组成的悬架形式 ,与其它悬架系统相比 ,结构简单、性能好、布置紧凑 ,占用空间少。因此对布置空间要求高的发动机前置前驱动轿车的前悬架几乎全部采用了麦式悬架。文章针对汽车悬架的设计发展趋势 ,论述了当前麦弗逊前悬架的主要设计改进 ,并对改进原理进行了分析。
【Abstract】 Independent Mcpherson type suspension is a suspension form, consisting of vibration reducer as the sliding support and the lower control arm. Compared with other suspensions, it features simple design, good performance, compact layout, littler space occupied. Therefore for front-wheel-drive cars with pre-positioned engines, which has high requirement on the layout space, the front suspensions all use Mcpherson type suspensions. Aimed at the development trend of the auto suspension design, this paper discusses the prime improvement currently made on the Mcpherson type front suspension and analyzes the principle of the improvement.
