检测盐酸克伦特罗含量的免疫传感器的载体膜部件的研制及效果评价
Preparation and Evaluation of Carrier Membrane for Immunosensor Detecting Residue of C lenbuterol
【摘要】 为研制检测农产品中盐酸克伦特罗残留的免疫传感器的分子识别元件附着载体膜,用醋酸纤维素作为膜载体支架结构,戊二醛作为交联剂,己二胺作为制孔剂,设立10种方案制备载体膜。通过采用双盲评分法鉴定载体膜的性能。结果确定了最佳制膜方案为:二醋酸纤维素0.5g,己二胺1.5g,8.33%戊二醛0.48mL,从而为免疫传感器的后续研究工作奠定了的基础。
【Abstract】 To prepare membrane carrier for immu nosensor detecting the residue of clenbuterol in agricultural products,cellulose ac-etate,glutaraldehyde and hexameth ylendiamine were used as schlepper s tructure,cross -linked reagent,ca vity forming reagent,respectively.Ten methods were chosen to prepare the membrane.The appetence of schlepper membrane was evalu ated by double blind method.The results showed that the best method was 0.5g of cellulose acetate,1.5g of hexamethylendiam ine,0.48mL of8.33%glutaraldehyde which provides a good foundation for further resea rch on the immunosensor.
