棕榈酸对营养物质瘤胃降解率及表观消化率的影响
Effects of Palm Acid on the Degradability and Apparent Digestibility of Cattle
【摘要】 选四头装有永久瘤胃瘘管的杂交黄牛,按4×4拉丁方设计,采用尼龙袋法研究棕榈酸对营养物质瘤胃降解率的影响。结果表明:添加1.5%~4.5%棕榈酸对干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、纤维素(CEL)及酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)的瘤胃降解率影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。第二个试验选用32头奶牛,分成4组,研究棕榈酸对营养物质全消化道表观消化率的影响。结果表明:添加1.5%棕榈酸,日粮有机物(OM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)及粗脂肪(EE)的表观消化率与对照组差异均不显著(P>0.05);添加3.0%棕榈酸,日粮OM表观消化率较对照组下降2.16%(P<0.05),EE表观消化率较对照组提高3.44%(P<0.05),CP及NDF表观消化率与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);添加4.5%棕榈酸,日粮OM、CP及NDF表观消化率较对照组分别下降2.74%(P<0.01)、2.01%(P<0.05)及8.50%(P<0.05),EE表观消化率较对照组提高3.55%(P<0.05)。
【Abstract】 Four hybrid-yellow cattle fixed with permanent rumen cannulas were used with a 4×4 Latin-square design to study the effects of palm acid on the effective degradability of Dry matter (DM)、Organic matter (OM)、Neutral detergent fiber (NDF)、Cellulose (CEL) and Acid detergent lignin (ADL) in nylon bags in rumen of cattle. Palm acid was added at 0,1.5 %,3.0 %and 4.5 %, respectively, to the diet of the steers. The results were as follows:Added from 1.5 %to 4.5 %palm acid, the effective degradabilities of DM、OM、NDF、CEL、ADL were no significant difference among three groups. Experiment 2. 32 cows were allotted randomly into four groups of eight heads each to study the effects of palm acid on the apparent digestibility in total enteron of OM、Crude protein (CP)、NDF、Ether extract (EE). The results were as follows:Added 1.5 %palm acid , there were no significant difference of the apparent digestibilities of OM、CP、NDF and EE between 1.5 %group and control group; Added 3.0 %palm acid , the apparent digestibility of OM was decreased by 2.16 %(P<0.05)than control group, the apparent digestibility of EE was increased by 3.44 %(P<0.05), there were no significant difference of the apparent digestibilities of CP and NDF between 3.0 %group and control group; The apparent digestibilities of OM、CP and NDF in the experimental group added 4.5%palm acid were decreased by 2.74 %(P<0.01)、2.01 %(P<0.05)and 8.50 %(P<0.05), respectively, than these in control group, but the apparent digestibility of EE increased by 3.55%(P<0.05).
