【摘要】 本文以5年生欧美种葡萄“藤稔”作为实验材料,探讨了吡效隆(CPPU)、赤霉素(GAS)、对氯苯氧乙酸(PCPA)诱导葡萄果实膨大的适宜浓度及其对果实品质的影响。结果表明:GAS50mg·L-1、GAS100mg·L-1及CPPU10mg·L-1+GAS25mg·L-1有效地促进了果粒的膨大,果皮花色素含量、果汁可溶性固形物含量及可滴定酸含量都高于或接近对照,果粒品质得到改善,应用灰色系统理论综合评价证实这些处理组合是比较理想的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimal concentration of CPPU, GAS and PCPA for berry enlargement and the their effect on fruit quality were investigated with 5 year old “Fujiminori”grapevine. The results showed that GAS 50 mg·L-1、GAS 100 mg·L-1 and CPPU 10 mg·L-1+GAS 25 mg·L-1 was effective for berry enlargement. Anthocyanin accumulation ,TSS content and titratable acidity were close or higher than the control and fruit quality was improved. Data analysized using the grey system theory indicated the treatment above were relatively ideal.更多还原
