【Abstract】 Joint International Program (JIP) is a new organizational management by the Colleges and universities of China and other international universities. JIP’s are new form of educational cooperation and exchanges between China and other nations. These educational exchanges will develop students to meet the social needs that have developed during the past and future decades.
