大豆黄酮对不同生长阶段(阉)公猪生产性能的影响

【摘要】 66窝大约克母猪按预产期间隔地分成试验组和对照组 ,在妊娠第 85天至产后 7天间的试验组母猪料中添加大豆黄酮 8mg/kg ,结果表明 :公仔猪初生重组间无差异 ,但试验组有提高的趋势 ;公仔猪 2 0日龄个体重试验组比对照组高 1.38kg ,差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;公仔猪断奶重 (2 8日龄 )试验组比对照组增加 1.2 1kg ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。断奶和育肥前期“申农I号”阉公猪各 6 0头分别均分为二组 ,试验组日粮中添加大豆黄酮8mg/kg ,试验 2 9d ,结果表明 :断奶仔猪组试验结束时试验组个体重比对照组提高 11.35 % ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,饲料转化率提高 4 .2 8% ;育肥前期组试验结束时试验组头均增重比对照组平均提高 14 .84 % ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,料重比降低 0 .17,饲料转化率提高 5 .6 0 %。

【Abstract】 Sixty-six Large White pregnant sows were divided into two groups on farrowing date, 8mg/kg daidzein was fed in experimental group from 85 day of pregnancy to 7 day after farrowing.The results showed there wasno difference of male piglets’ BW at birth between two groups(P>0.05),the BW at 20d of experimental group is higher by 1.38kg than that of control (P<0.01),the BW at weaning(28d) of experimental group is higher by 1.21kg than that of control(P<0.05). 60 post weaning castrated piglets and 60 early period castrated finishing pigs were divided into two groups respectively,8mg/kg daidzeinwas fed in experimental group for 29 days.The results showed post weaning piglets of experimental group is higher by 11.35% compare with control (P<0.05),and feed conversion efficiency is higher by 4.28%; the finishing pigs’ gain in weight of experimental group is higher by 14.84% than that of control,and feed conversion efficiency is higher by 5.60%.
