西瓜种质资源的抗蔓枯病性鉴定及其利用

【摘要】 对引进及系统选育的部分西瓜种质资源及其新组合进行了室内苗期及大田成株期的抗蔓枯病性的人工接种鉴定。根据各鉴定材料的苗期和成株期的病情指数进行方差分析 ,结果表明 :以美国引进提纯的All goldenproducer、All sweetscarlet和自育的新品系A5 6、H2 5等四个种质材料的抗蔓枯病性最强。而以抗病种质为亲本所配制的各新组合的苗期和成株期病情指数方差分析结果表明 ,以高抗种质为亲本所配制的两个新组合 2 0 39和 2 0 5 8的抗蔓枯病性最强 ,表明西瓜的抗蔓枯病性状属于显性遗传 ,其中 2 0 5 8不仅综合抗病性强 ,且品质优良 ,丰产潜力大 ,具有示范推广市场前景。

【Abstract】 Tests for gummy stem blight [Mycosphaerella melonis (Pass.) Chiu et Walker] resistance of some watermelon germplasm and new hybrids were carried out at indoor seedling stage and field setting fruit stage through artificial inoculation. The results showed that All-golden producer and All-sweet scarlet introduced from USA and newly bred A5-6 and H2-5 had the highest resistance to the disease among all the tested materials. The two new combinations 2039 and 2058 whose parents had high resistance to the disease had the highest resistance among all the new combinations, which showed that the resistance character of watermelon was dominantly inherited one. Compared with others 2058 had not only a strong synthetic disease resistance but also a good quality and great high-yield potential, and so could be popularized.
