γ射线辐射与H2O2/HAC体系协同去除噻吩型硫化物
Investigation on Removal of Thiophene-Type Sulfide by Gamma Rays Radiation Assisted with Hydrogen Peroxide
【摘要】 以十二烷-噻吩型硫化物为模拟油品对象,探索了利用γ射线辐射氧化噻吩类硫化物的新方法,并对其与H2O2的协同脱硫作用进行了研究.结果表明,γ射线辐射对低浓度的硫化物有明显的氧化效果,但浓度较高时效率较低;而在γ射线辐射和H2O2的共同作用下,可在常温下去除浓度较高的噻吩硫,两者表现了较好的协同作用.另外,若反应体系中同时加入H2O2和乙酸,则可进一步增强对噻吩硫的氧化效果.在辐照剂量为500kGy左右时,加入H2O2可使二苯并噻吩(DBT)的去除率达36%左右,而在H2O2/HAC体系中DBT的去除效率可达65%,且脱硫率随H2O2添加量的增大而上升.在有H2O2存在时,噻吩型硫化物的主要辐射转化产物为砜类.
【Abstract】 The general hydrogen-desulfurization technology for oil refining is complicated with high operation cost. The novel desulfurization method for petroleum by gamma rays radiation assisted with hydrogen peroxide was investigated. Thiophene-type sulfide, dissolved in n -dodecane, was employed as the simulation of oil. The results show that the compounds at low concentration are more degradable effectively than those at high concentration. In addition, adding hydrogen peroxide during the radiation processes can accelerate the degradation of benzothiophene (BT) and dibenzothiophene (DBT). Hydrogen peroxide shows an apparent synergistic behavior with radiation for the degradation of BT and DBT. The removal of DBT by radiation would be more effective with coexistence acetic acid and peroxide hydrogen than that with hydrogen peroxide alone, and the main detected degradation product of DBT was sulfone.
