优质热采井用石油套管的研制

【摘要】 根据热采井套管损坏的机理,研制了一种适合于注蒸汽开采稠油的优质套管——WSP-105H.介绍了该套管的设计思想:研制耐热钢种,提高套管材料本身的抗高温性能;研制适合于热采井套管的螺纹结构,有效地释放高温产生的热应力.在此基础上,阐述了该套管的研制过程.最后通过有限元模拟的方法,研究了这种套管在热采工况下的适用性,并通过全尺寸模拟试验进行了验证.结果表明,该套管适合于热采井.

【Abstract】 According to the failure mechanism of casing in steam injection wells, a new premium casing suitable for these wells named WSP-105H was developed. This paper covers the design concept of this new kind of casing: ① developing heat-resistant steel so as to improve the high temperature resistance capability of the casing material, ② developing a new thread structure so as to release the thermal stress produced during steam injection process. The design method was described from the two aspects above. The applicability to steam injection wells of this casing was studied with finite element method. A simulated experiment was done to test this casing under injection well work conditions. The results show that this casing is suitable for steam injection wells.
