含初始弯曲裂纹转子振动特性
Vibration Characteristics of a Cracked Rotor with Initial Deflection
【摘要】 基于简单铰链裂纹模型 ,建立了含初始弯曲裂纹转子的动力学模型 ,得到了裂纹转子振动响应的仿真解 ;讨论了含初始弯曲裂纹转子的亚谐波共振特性及其与无初始弯曲裂纹转子频率成分的差异 ;数值仿真研究了刚度变化、初始弯曲、质量偏心以及质量偏心角对裂纹转子轴心轨迹的影响 ,从而为裂纹转子的故障诊断提供了依据
【Abstract】 Based on a simple hinge crack model, the dynamic equation of a cracked rotor with initial deflection was modelled and the simulation result of the vibration response was obtained. The subharmonic resonance of the cracked rotor with initial deflection was discussed, and the difference of frequency components between the cracked rotor with the initial deflection and that without the initial deflection was analyzed. By numerical simulation, the influence of the stiffness variation, the initial deflection, the unbalance and the inhabiting angle on the orbit was investigated, which can be used as the criterion for crack detection.
