Zophoscolex属蚯蚓的因子对应分析(寡毛纲:正蚓科)

【摘要】 利用因子对应分析(FactorialAnalysisofCorrespondence,FAC)技术,对Zophoscolex属中的全部21个种和亚种的19个数量和质量形态特征进行了定量的统计分析.结果表明,环带和性带的位置、肾孔线的横向位置、刚毛的分布形式和第一背孔的位置对于物种间的形态分化最为重要,这些特征对Zophoscolex物种演化具有重要意义.基于FAC的计算机自动分类结果印证了传统的形态分类研究结果.

【Abstract】 Zophoscolex is a genus of Lumbricidae established by Qiu and Bouché in 1998. By quantitative analysis of the differences existed between species of the genus, the character diversity and the species differentiation direction in Zophoscolex were illustrated. In this work, 19 quantitative and qualitative morphological characters of all the 21 Zophoscolex species and subspecies were analysed by using the technique of FAC (factorial analysis of correspondence) and the computer automatic classification. The results demonstrate that the position of clitellum and pubercultis, the transverse position of nephridial pores, the distribution of setae and the position of the first dorsal pore are the most informative, which means an important significance for the differentiation of Zophoscolex species. The automatic classification based on the analysis of FAC is completely interpretable with the point of taxonomy and corresponds very well to the traditional classification result.
