反向响应时滞过程PID控制器设计新方法
New Design Method of PID Controller for Inverse Response Processes with Time Delay
【摘要】 基于常规单位反馈控制结构,研究了工业中常见的反向响应过程的特性,给出了PID控制器的解析设计新方法.通过提出期望闭环传递函数,解析地推导出PID控制器的形式,同时分析了闭环控制系统所能达到的控制性能和鲁棒稳定性,由此给出了控制器参数的调节规则.该PID控制器的突出优点是可以进行单参数整定,通过单调地调节控制器参数,实现闭环系统的标称性能和鲁棒稳定性之间的最佳折衷.仿真实例验证了该方法优于其他方法.
【Abstract】 The character of frequently-encountered inverse response processes in industry was studied. Based on the conventional unity feedback control structure, a new analytical design method was proposed for the proportional-integral-derivation (PID) controller. By proposing the desired closed-loop transfer function, the PID controller form was analytically derived. Meanwhile the achievable control performance and robust stability of the closed-loop control system were analyzed, and therefore the controller parameter tuning rule was provided. The dominant virtue of the proposed PID controller is that it can be tuned by a single parameter. By monotonously tuning the controller parameters, the best compromise between the nominal performance and robust stability of the closed-loop system can be realized. A simulation example is employed to identify the superiority of the proposed method over recent other published methods.
