反求工程中散乱点云数据的自动分割与曲面重构

【摘要】 提出了一种在反求工程中对散乱点云数据进行自动分割与曲面模型重构的方法.建立了散乱点云数据之间的拓扑信息,对点云数据进行三角剖分重构网格曲面模型.基于网格曲面求解点云数据的曲率极值,提取边界点云,进一步拟合成边界曲线.利用边界曲线将整个点云自动分割,每一片点云采用二次曲面或自由曲面进行拟合,对于二次曲面可以根据参数自动确定曲面类型,最终得到完整的CAD模型.用一个鞋跟模型的实例证明了该方法的有效性.

【Abstract】 A method of automatic segmentation and surface reconstruction of scattered data in reverse engineering was presented. After establishing the topology relationship of scattered points, the mesh surface model of point data is reconstructed by triangulation. The edge points are extracted based on the extreme of point curvatures, those edge points are fitted into edge curves, so the whole data can be segmented into patches by the edge curves. Each patch of data is fitted by quadric surface or freeform surface. For quadric surface the type of it can be determined by its coefficients, and the CAD model is established at last. A shoe model was used to prove the efficiency of this method.
