镀锌板非光整边缺陷影响因素的有限元分析
FE ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE FACTOR ON EDGE DEFECTS OF SKIN PASSED GALVANIZED SHEET
【摘要】 应用商业有限元软件平台Marc建立了镀锌板四辊光整机的模拟系统,分析了轧制过程中轧件变形情况,充分考虑了不同镀锌原板厚度、压下率、前后张力、以及弯辊力等工艺因素对镀锌板非光整边缺陷形成的影响,以及消除非光整边缺陷的辊型要求。
【Abstract】 A simulation system of 4 high skin passed rolling mill for galvanized sheet was developed by 3 dimensional elastic plastic finite element method based on the large commercial software Marc. The deformation of sheet in rolling process was analyzed by studying the technical influences, such as different thickness of sheet, reduction, tensile and roll bending force, on the formation of edge defects. The requisite groove for eliminating the edge defects was discussed.
