Mod9Cr-1Mo钢中微量元素交互作用的热力学图解分析
THERMODYNAMIC GRAPHIC SOLUTION TO THE INTERACTION OF MICROALLOYED ELEMENTS IN Mod 9Cr-1Mo STEEL
【摘要】 从热力学出发,以图解的方式直观地揭示了Mod9Cr1Mo钢中氮、铝、钒和铌等微量元素之间的交互作用及其对强化相析出的影响规律。分析结果表明在高温服役过程中,钢中较低的铌、钒和铝含量与较高的N含量配合有助于增加VN相的弥散析出和抑制M23C6相的粗化速度,其结论与实际相符。
【Abstract】 Interaction of minor elements in Mod 9Cr lMo steel, such as N, Al, V and Nb, and their effects on the precipitating behavior of strengthening phases were revealed by graphics based on thermodynamics theory. The results showed that the lower contents of Nb, V as well as Al and upper content of N in Mod 9Cr 1Mo steel was favorable to the dispersal precipitation of VN phase and the suppression of M 23 C 6 carbide coarsening process during high temperature service, which was consonant with the actuality.
