【摘要】 我国现存最早的脉学专著《脉经》,集魏晋以前脉学之大成 ,并对妇科学及针灸经络理论等方面有所发挥。 1.脉学方面 :1完善独取寸口法 ;2寸关尺三部定位诊断 ;3确定了脉象的名称及其脉形指感的标准 ,首开了脉象鉴别的先河。 2 .妇科方面 :1首次提出“避年”、“居经”概念 ;2阐述月经与津液的密切关系 ;3提出逐月分经养胎法。 3.针灸经络方面 :1发挥了经络腧穴理论 ;2详细整理了经脉证候 ;3丰富了针灸操作方法 ;4强调经络辨证、药物针灸治疗与诊脉相结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the earliest extant monogragh on sphygmology in china,Maijing classified the sphygmology theory before Wei and Jin dynasty.And it developed the theory of gynecology and acupuncture and meridian in the follow aspects:1.In the aspect of sphygmology theory,it improved the cunkou diagnostic method,clear and definite the location of cun,guan and chi.It also definite the pulse manifestation,set the diagnostic criteria and created the differentiation of pulse manifestation.2.In the aspect of gynecology,it put forward the concepts of annual menses and seasonal menstruation,expounded the relationship between menstruation and body fluid.On the other hand,it raised the theory of special monthly care during pregnancy in order to nourish the fetus.3.In the aspect of acupuncture and meridian,it developed the theory of meridian and collateral and acupuncture points,sort out the syndromes in meridian,and supplement the operating method of acupuncture.It also emphatically pointed out the combination of meridian differentiation,therapy with acupuncture and drugs and diagnosis by pulse manifestation.更多还原
