【摘要】 目的 :观察胃复安内关注射法减轻胆囊手术牵拉反应 ,初步探讨其不同方法胆囊手术牵拉反应的差异。方法 :4 5例随机分为 3组 :A组采用胃复安内关注射 ;B组术中辅助杜氟合剂 ;C组术中不用辅助药。结果 :A组减轻胆囊手术牵拉反应效果明显优于 B、C两组。结论 :内关注射法可作为减轻胆囊手术牵拉反应的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of point injection in Neiguan with metoclopramide in relieving the stretch reaction during the course of gallbladder operation.Method:45 patients were randomly divided into group A injected with metoclopramide in Neiguan point,group B injected with compound dolandin and phenergan and group C without assistant medicine.Result:There was better effect of relieving the stretch reaction in group A than in group B and C.Conclusion:Point injection could be one of the methods of relieving the stretch reaction during the course of gallbladder operation.更多还原
