【摘要】 目的 探讨护理干预对骨折患者焦虑与社会支持的影响。方法 将96例骨折患者随机分为实验组和对照 组。对照组按骨折常规护理,实验组在此基础上予以心理健康指导。应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评定两组的主观感 受,用社会支持量表(SSRS)测量患者所获得的社会支持的状况。结果 实验组患者焦虑程度低于对照组,其中社 会支持及主观支持、客观支持利用度明显高于对照组。结论 重视骨折患者的心理健康指导有利于降低患者焦虑 情绪,提高社会支持。有利于疾病早日康复,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of psychological interventions on anxiety and social support of patients with fracture. Methods Ninety-six patients with fracture were divided into two groups at random, the experimental group and control group respectively. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional care and patients in the expermental group were treated with conventional care and psychological intervention. SAS was used to assess their subjective feelings and SSRS was applied to measure the social supports which they gained. Results The anxiety degree of patients in the experimental group was lower than that of patients in the control group.The utilization degree of the social support,subjective support and objective support in experimental group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion Attention should be paid to the psychological health guide in patients with fractrue. The guide will reduce the anxiety emotion, improve social support, accelerate recovery and improve life quality.更多还原
