【摘要】 目的　论证社区护理的专业任务。方法　随机抽取上海市 3个社区卫生服务中心的所有护士 55名 ,采用工作日记记录法记录 5个工作日 ,经专家修正后 ,编制任务目录。结果　论证专业任务为 2 2 2项 ,开展最多的是慢性病护理 ,其次是档案管理和组织卫生服务 ;有 50项任务未开展。结论　任务分析是论证社区护理专业任务的一种方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prove the professional task contents of community nursing. Methods Collection of the details of work by 55 community nurses in three communities in Shanghai covering 5 working days through their working diary. After correction by specialists, all date were cat e gorized and task contents were established. Results Task contents of community nursing were divided into 6 functions, 32 a ct ivities and 222 items. The task for which time was mostly spent was nursing for chronic diseases, followed by that for management of files and organization of h ealth service. There were 50 tasks which were not carried out. Conclusio n Task analysis is one of the methods to prove the professional task content s of community nursing.更多还原
