微电子工业用湿化学品的生产和发展
Production and Development of Wet Chemicals for Microelectronic Industry
【摘要】 叙述了集成电路芯片加工用的湿化学品的分类,主要是超净高纯试剂和溶剂,以及如何达到国际半导体设备和材料协会所要求的C7、C8或C12规格的纯化方法。
【Abstract】 The wet-chemical’s classification for processing of integrate circuite wafer,high-purity reagents and solvents and the methods of purification have been presented in the article.The reagents and solvents must be in accordance with the demands of SEMI C7,C8 or C12.
