湿法磷酸生产中吸附沉淀法一步脱氟净化的研究
Research on Single-step Defluorination in Wet-process Phosphoric Acid Production with Adsorption Precipitation Method
【摘要】 通过吸附沉淀原理在模拟湿法磷酸工业生产流程的小试装置上研究了湿法磷酸生产过程中系统内一步法进行脱氟净化,生产出来的磷酸浓度为40%(P2O5%计)以上,酸中P/F>106,可以满足饲料级磷酸氢钙的生产需要,解决了利用湿法磷酸生产饲料级磷酸氢钙磷回收率低的问题,使磷酸盐的生产成本大大降低,每吨约降低成本150~200元。
【Abstract】 According to the principles of adseption and precipitation, research work has been taken on single - step de-fluorination in wet--process phosphoric acid production with adsoption precipitation method on a pilot scale equipment. Aconcentration of more than 40% phosphoric acid(P2O5% calculated) with P/F> 10b has been got. The so produced acidmeets the quality need of producing calcium hydrogen phosphate of animal feed grade. 150~200 yuan/t of production costcould be lowered as compared with that of the original process.
