AZ61镁合金焊丝的成形工艺及性能的研究和进展
Research of Properties and Shaping Technology of AZ61 Magnesium Alloy Welding Wire
【摘要】 对AZ61镁合金焊丝的成形工艺及性能的研究结果表明:在有专门的保温装置保证坯料温度始终保持在恒定的温度范围内、采用合理的润滑剂等条件下,采用热挤压法可以得到高质量的镁合金焊丝。从工艺性考虑,热挤压法适宜生产直径在Φ2 0以上的焊丝,直径在Φ2 0以下的焊丝,可采用热挤压与热拉拔复合工艺生产。
【Abstract】 The results of the captioned research show that with rational lubrication used and the ingot temperature kept within constant range by means of certain equipment, good quality welding wire can be achieved by extrusion process. Judging from the fabrication behavior of the alloy, hot extrusion process is suitable for producing wire with diameter greater than 2 mm, while wire thinner than 2 mm should be produced by a combined process of extrusion and drawing.
