【摘要】 Pro ENGINEER及MasterCAM是当前国内外模具设计与数控加工领域中使用最为广泛的CAD CAM软件。二者的功能各有优缺点,联合应用可提高模具设计及其数控加工的质量和效率。本文阐述了用Pro ENGINEER软件进行电话机面板的模具设计,然后将图形数据转换到MasterCAM中进行数控编程的具体实现方法,并利用Mas terCAM软件生成数控加工代码并输送到加工中心或数控铣床进行加工的方法和主要工艺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pro/ ENGINEER and MasterCAM are widely used in domestic and international moulds design and NC machining in the CAD/CAM realm . The combined application of these two softwares can improve molds design and its NC machining’s quality and efficiency. This paper expatiates the method and main techniques to proceed the molds design of the telephone cover-panel with the Pro/Engineer software, then convert the graphics data to MasterCAM software to proceed the NC programme, and apply the MasterCAM software to create the NC machining code and transport it to the control system of the NC machining center or the NC milling machine for processing.更多还原
