苯甲酸制备新工艺研究
A Study of the New Technology on Preparing Benzoic Acid
【摘要】 采用单因素实验研究了一种高锰酸钾氧化甲苯制苯甲酸的新工艺:高锰酸钾配成饱和溶液全部投入反应器,以氧化铁为催化剂,n(甲苯):n(高锰酸钾)=1:1,分段加热反应4h(75℃加热1.5h、85℃加热1.5h、95℃加热1h),产率可达74.32%。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the new technology on preparing benzoic acid by KMnO4 oxidizing methylbenzene is studied by means of mono-factor test. Fe2O3 as catalyst, the molar ratio of methylbenzene to potassium was 1:1, all KMnO4 dissolved into saturate solution was placed into reactor and heated stepwise and reacted for 4 hour(1.5h at 75℃、1.5h at 85℃、1 h at 95℃). The yield of benzoic acid was 74.32%.
