P450 3A亚型的测定
Determination of cytochrome P450 3A sub-phenotyping
【摘要】 细胞色素P450 3A是人体代谢许多内源性化合物、外源性底物及其前致癌物的一类最重要的肝脏药物氧化代谢酶。一个理想的表型测定方法应该是安全、快速、对同一个体的重复性好、预测药物的处置准确。由于表型测定更能反映患者个体间的差异,影响因素较多,临床的重要性更大,通过CYP3A表型的测定,以推动个体化给药在我国的发展。
【Abstract】 Cytochrome 3A enzymes are responsible for the metabolism of many commonly used medications. Additionally, these enzymes are responsible for the metabolism of several ectogenesis substrates, dietary compounds and environmental toxins. However, an ideal phenotyping method should be safe, fast, and repetitious. Phenotyping is a valuable tool allowing measurement of the in-vivo activity of clinical and toxicological important enzymes.
