【Abstract】 Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia among the elderly. Plaques containing β-amyloid ( Aβ) protein are one of the pathological features of AD, and the reduction of Aβ is considered as a prima-ry therapeutic target. Aβ immunotherapy is an evolving approach to the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease now.
