【摘要】 目的 探索放射治疗联合自杀基因CD治疗小鼠胃癌,以加强自杀基因的抗肿瘤疗效。方法 分别以自杀基因CD/5-Fc、β在射线及二者联合治疗小鼠胃癌模型,比较治疗效果。结果 CD基因联合放射治疗对肿瘤有明显抑制作用,而且能延长荷瘤鼠的生存期,与CD基因或放疗单独应用相比具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 放疗能增强自杀基因的疗效,二者联合治疗可以作为肿瘤综合治疗的补充方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study is aimed to combine radiotherapy with CD gene therapy on murine gastric cancer and to enhance suicide gene therapy. Methods CD gene/5-Fe and (3 ray were used separately or in combination on gastric cancer in mice to compare their effects. Results Tumor growths were suppressed obviously and a longer survival period was observed in mice treated with combined therapy compared to the mice treated with CD gene therapy or radiotherapy alone (P <0. 05) . Conclusion The results showed that radiotherapy enhanced the effect of suicide gene therapy.
