香蕉提取物对霍山石斛原球茎增殖的影响
Effects of extract from banana on the propagation of protocorm-like bodies of Dendrobium huoshanense
【摘要】 报道了香蕉提取物的浓度和添加方式对霍山石斛原球茎增殖的影响.结果表明,1／2MS附加5％-10％香蕉提取物适宜霍山石斛原球茎增殖.
【Abstract】 The effects of the different addition methods of extracts from banana and its concentration on the propagation of proto-corm-like bodies of Dendrobium huoshanense were studied. The results showed that the 1/2MS medium with the extract at the concentration of 5% - 10% was helpful to the propagation of the protocormlike bodies.
