仙人强心片对充血性心力衰竭家兔氧自由基清除作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨仙人强心片对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)家兔的作用机理。方法:42只家兔随机分为空白对照组(A组),模型组(B组),地高辛组(C组),仙人强心片小剂量组(D组),仙人强心片大剂量组(E组)。采用腹主动脉缩窄法造成家兔CHF模型,应用仙人强心片及对照药治疗后观察各组动物血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化。结果:模型组与空白组比较血浆MDA含量上升,SOD活性下降,均有极显著差异(P<0.01)。而仙人强心片能明显改善上述改变且优于对照组。结论:MDA与SOD是参与心衰发病的重要因素,而仙人强心片的作用机理与降低MDA含量提高SOD活性有关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the possible mechanism of XRQXT in treatment of CHF rabbits.Method:CHF models were established by abdominal aorta half ligated,42 rabbits were divided randomly into five groups:normal group(group A),model group(group B),digoxin group(group C),low dosage of XRQXT group(group D)and high dosage of XRQXT group(group E).The level of MDA and actvity of SOD were observed.Results:MDA level in Group B was higher and SOD activity was lower than those in Group A(P<0.01).XRQXT can decrease MDA level and increase SOD activity(P<0.01)and the effect of group E was much better than that of group C.Conclusion:MDA and SOD are important factors which contribute to the pathogenesis of CHF.The mechanism of XRQXT may be related to the elimination of oxidative free radicals.
