西安地区全新世环境变迁与土壤的形成演化

【摘要】 根据对西安地区全新世黄土—古土壤覆盖序列和磁化率气候代用指标分析,揭示了全新世以来西安地区环境资源的变迁与土壤形成演化的过程。认为在全新世早期,气候比较温和干燥,风尘堆积速率降低,并有一定的生物风化成壤作用,土壤发育表现为边沉积边成壤;到了全新世中期,气候温暖湿润,沙尘暴很少发生,风尘堆积速率极低,植被覆盖度高,生物风化成壤作用达到最强,加上人类的耕作,形成了肥沃的褐土;到了3100多年前的全新世晚期,气候转为干冷,风尘堆积速率加强,环境资源恶化,土壤退化严重。

【Abstract】 A Holocene soil profile in the region of Xi’an was investigated multi-disciplinarily. The results including Magnetic susceptibility in the soil provide information on the development of the brown soil and the accumulation of eolian dust under the conditions of the monsoonal climatic change. In the early stage of Holocene, dust deposition was reduced because of the climatic warming, and the biological weathering was beginning. In the mid-stage of Holocene, climate become warmer and wetter, so the speed of pedogenesis was faster than the dust deposition. The Holocene paleosoil (S0) was formed. In the late period of the Holocene, because the climate became dryer, the dust-fall happens frequently, and then the speed of the dust deposition was faster than the pedogenesis, so that the recent loess (L0) was accumulated and covered the soil (S0) and the S0 became a buried paleosoil. The change from soil formation to loess accumulation indicates environmental deterioration and soil degeneration.
