【Abstract】 There exist a typical interactive relations with mutual influence and mutual action between the technical innovation spreading and its environment. The quality of the environment will directly influence on the effect of the technical innovation spreading. On the basis of analysing the technical innovation spreading environment, a comprehensive appraisal on the envionment is studied using fuzzy evaluation principles.
