氢化物原子荧光法测定食品中微量铅
Determination of Micro Amounts of Lead in Food by HG-AFS
【摘要】 研究了氢化物原子荧光法对微量铅的测定,该方法灵敏度高,准确度好,在最佳条件下,荧光强度与铅浓度在0~150μg/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限达0.19μg/L,用此方法测定食品中微量铅,回收率为98%~108%,结果满意.
【Abstract】 The optimum conditions for the HG-AFS determination of lead are studied and a AFS method for determination of lead in food is proposed under the conditions proposed, there exists a linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and lead concentration in the range of 0~150μg/L,and its detection limit is found to be 0.19μg/ml. The recovery factor obtained in the application of the proposed method for detection of lead content in the food reaches the range of 98%~108%.
