水解聚马来酸酐的阻垢分散性能

【摘要】 静态阻垢法研究了水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)的阻垢性能,失重法研究了HPMA的分散性能,采用正交组合实验考查了几个主要因素对HPMA的阻垢性能和分散性能的影响.结果表明:HPMA的加入量为8.0mg.L-1时有最佳阻垢效果,阻垢率为68.7%;HPMA的浓度为10.0mg.L-1时,其平均分散性能达到6.30×10-2mg.cm-2h-1,加入渗透剂T后效果更好,在渗透剂T为1.0mg.L-1时,平均分散能力达到了6.56×10-2mg.cm-2h-1.

【Abstract】 Scale prohibiting property and dispersal of HPMA are studied by the method of weightlessness and effect of temperature, pH value of aqueous solution, the concentration of HPMA on scale prohibiting and dispersal are discussed. The result indicates that the scale prohibiting rate is 68.7% when the concentration of HPMA is 8.0mg·L-1. Dispersal characteristics of water solution increased considerably with the HPMA concentration and decreasing with the Ca++ concentration. The addition of permeate agent can improve the dispersal characteristics of HPMA .The optimum dispersal characteristics of water solution is that the concentration of HPMA is 10.0mg·L-1, the concentration of dosage agent is 1.0mg·L-1.
