【Abstract】 How to put the theory of core competence into management practice of enterprise is still a challenge being faced by the theoretic cycle. Based on the theory of core competence put forward by Prahalad,C.K. and Hamel,G.,this paper studies the core management factors in creating the core competence of corporation and the structural relations of functions among the core factors. This paper arguments that the core competence of corporation is the result of non-linear mutual functions,and points out some problems to which the attentions should be paid.更多还原
