【摘要】 目的　探讨适合胫腓骨开放性骨折的手术治疗方法及并发症的预防措施。方法　回顾性分析手术治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折 35 2例 ,根据开放性骨折的分度、污染程度及年龄选择不同的固定方法 ,临床观察结合 X光片评价骨折愈合、延迟愈合、不愈合作为判断临床疗效标准。结果　经 4～ 6 0个月随访 ,319例达到骨折临床愈合 ;315例创面一期愈合 ;32 1例关节功能正常或基本正常 ;31例关节活动部分受限。结论　彻底清创、早期有效应用抗生素、采用简单恰当而有效的固定 ,是治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate proper methods to treat op en peroneotibial fractures and to prevent complications. Methods The data of 352 cases of open fractures of peroneotibia were collected and analyzed retrospectively. The cases were fixed with various methods according to classification of open fractures of tibia and fibula, including contaminated-degree and age. The therapeutic effect was judged by X-ray examination and clinical observation as occurred union, delayed union or non-union. Results After 4 to 60 months follow-up, 319 cases were obtained clinical healing.The wound of 315 cases obtained first healing. 321 cases have had the good or satisfactory joint function recovery and only 31 cases remained partial dysfunction of the joints. Conclusion It is effiective to treat open fractures of tibia and fibula with completely debridement, effective antibiotics, reduction and fixation by simple methods.更多还原
