难浸金精矿细菌氧化-氰化浸出试验研究(上)
Extracting of Gold from Refractory Gold Concentrate by Bacteria Oxidation and Cyanide Leaching
【摘要】 通过在难浸金精矿中掺入一定比例的骨架材料,解决了矿堆渗透性差的难题。选用适宜菌种进行细菌氧化,再氰化浸出,金浸出率由常规氰化法的62.88%提高到96.41%。结果表明,在适宜条件下,对金精矿进行静态氧化、氰化浸出,有助于降低生产成本。
【Abstract】 The problem of ore heap penetrability lowly is resolved by intermingling framework material prorata in ore heap. Ore in column is pre-oxidated with selective bacteria,then leached with cyanide. Gold leaching is increased from 62.88% by conventional cyanide leaching to 96.41%. The results show that gold extraction cost can be decreased through static state oxidation and cyanide leaching to refractory at suitable conditions.
