碲粉电解精炼过程中面积电流对电碲质量的影响
Effect of Current Density on Electrolytic Tellurium Quality in Electrolyze
【摘要】 碲粉电解过程中,面积电流对电碲质量,电碲中杂质硒、砷、铜、铋、铅的质量分数有较大影响。试验结果表明,面积电流在63.55~85A/m2范围内时,电解质量符合国标1#碲质量要求。
【Abstract】 Current density is a main effect factor on electrolytic tellurium quality and mass fractions of impurities ,e.g, selenium, arsenic, copper, bismuth, lead in electrolytic tellurium during electrolytic refine of raw tellurium. The results show that electrolytic tellurium quality accords with national standard 1#tellurium when current density is in range of 63.55~85 A/m2.
