【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effect of mycelium which was radioated by the He-Ne laser.The mycelium of P.ostreatus was exposed to the He-Ne laser in this experiment We observe and study the variation on the level of structure and physiological or Biochemical metabolic activities. The results indicated that compare with group CK, the growth and density of mycelium were enhanced, the content of DNA and production were increased.更多还原
