【摘要】 目的 :通过研究雌激素受体 β(ERβ)、雌激素受体α(ERα)和孕激素受体 (PR)在不孕妇女和相同年龄段正常育龄妇女增生期子宫内膜中的表达和分布特点 ,探讨ERβ与不孕的关系以及PR对其表达的调控。方法 :宫腔镜直视下钳取 35例不孕妇女增生期子宫内膜 ,同时取 2 5例相同年龄段的正常育龄妇女增生期子宫内膜作对照 ,采用免疫组织化学方法检测ERβ、ERα、PR在上述组织中的表达及分布。 结果 :ERβ在不孕妇女增生期子宫内膜腺体中明显表达 ,在正常育龄妇女增生期子宫内膜中表达下降或不表达 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;且在同组标本中 ,ERβ含量与PR含量成直线负相关。结论 :ERβ在不孕妇女增生期子宫内膜中广泛表达 ,ERβ的过度表达可能与不孕有一定关系 ,且PR抑制其表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expression and distribution of estrogen receptor β(ER β),estrogen receptor α(ERα),and progesterone receptor(PR)in endometrium of infertile women and normal women,and ER β’ possible relationships with infertility and its expression regulated by PR.Methods:Proliferative endometrium was obtained from 35 infertile women and 25 age-matched normal women by hysteroscopy.The expression and distribution of ER α,ER β,and PR were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results:The expression of ER β in glands of proliferative endometrium of infertile women was significantly higher.In normal women,it expressed lower or negative.There was significantly difference ( P <0.05).The contents of ER β and PR related linearly and negatively in same group samples.Conclusions:ER β expresses abundantly in proliferative endometrium of infertile women,thus over-expression of ER β should somewhat relate with female infertility while PR inhibits its expression.更多还原
