【Abstract】 Law roots itself in society. The construction of rule of law is conditioned by the character of society. Therefore, before the rule of law is constructed, the character of society should be detailedly analyzed and scientifically understood. It’s the same with the building of rule of law in China. By defining the social character of the present transferring China, this article puts forward the basic category “Commercial- agrestic China”, centering which, the author makes a deep discussion on the social foundation for the construction of rule of law in China and its usable resources.更多还原
