【Abstract】 The need to popularize the application of office automatization system for administration in colleges and universities and the difficulties to be currently confronted are brought forward on the basis of simultaneous analysis of the status and characteristics of administrative management system of colleges and universities in this paper.Meahume, systematic design of office automatization system for administration is tried according to the current development of computer technology and in view of the characteristics of administrative management in colleges and universities,where the working flow of management of official documents is heghlighted and applied project,together with problems to be observed,of office automatization system for administration is advanced.更多还原
