【Abstract】 Based on the deformed characteristics of the process of steel tube cold cross rolling, an system of roll configuration design has been established.The results of roll configuration design are used as initial parameters for rigid plastic finite element method to analyze forming process,the analysis results,such as velocity field,strain,stress,are fed back to pass design system to modify primary pass design,and then the roll drawings are made which are in agreement with the need of technics.更多还原
