原发性食管小细胞癌的外科治疗

【摘要】 目的　总结局限期原发性食管小细胞癌的外科治疗经验。方法　分析 1995～ 2 0 0 2年手术治疗的2 6例局限期原发性食管小细胞癌的临床资料。结果　全组 2 6例全部接受根治性手术 ,部分患者进行了化、放疗 ,术后 1、3、5年生存率分别为 4 5 5 %、2 1 8%和 9 1% ,中位生存期为 18个月 ,其中手术结合化、放疗者中位生存期为 2 0个月。结论　手术是局限期原发性食管小细胞癌的主要治疗手段之一 ,早期确诊有助于提高患者的生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sum up the experience of surgical treatment for primary esophageal small-cell carcinoma in limited stage.Method 26 cases suffering from primary esophageal small-cell carcinoma in limited stage were reported and analysed.Results The overall resection rate was 100%.22 patients were followed.The probohility of surviving for 1 year,3 years and 5 years were 45.5%,21.8% and 9.1% respectively.The median survival stage was 18 months,the median survival stage of patients who received combined therapy was 20 months.Conclusions Operation is the main method to treat primary esophageal small-cell carcinoma in limited stage.Early diagnosis can improve the treatment result of primary esophageal small-cell carcinoma.更多还原
