【摘要】 目的　寻找静脉输液合适的封管压力源 ,减轻患者痛苦 ,节约医疗资源。方法　对自愿受试的 180例患者 ,采用自行研制的双蝶式多功能穿刺针进行静脉输液 ,分别应用 1ml、2 m l、5 ml及 10 ml注射器 (不同压力源 )推注去离子水进行封管 ,观察延长管内回血情况。结果　采用 1ml注射器推注去离子水封管时 ,其压力与静脉内的压力持平 ,穿刺针延长管内回血长度最短或无回血。结论　采用双蝶式多功能穿刺针进行静脉输液时 ,宜选用 1毫升注射器封管更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find suitable pressure of tube blocking,alleviate the patients’ discomfort and save medical resources.Methods 180 volunteer patients accepted intravenous tranfusion by self made multifunctional puncture needle.Deionized water was used by different types of syringes to block the extend tube and the blood reflow was observed simultaneously.Results The intravenous pressure was balanced with the tube when blocked by one milliliter syringe.Moreover,the blood reflow in extend tube was the shortest.Conclusion One milliliter syringe was optimal to block the tube when multifunctional puncture needle was applied to intravenous transfusion.更多还原
